Ever since our founding, we have continued creating bread that is both delicious and has a long shelf life by making the most of natural Panettone yeast.
Our company’s motto is “COMO sells what COMO makes”. In order to maintain quality, each and every one of our employees expends a great deal of time and effort as a member of COMO. It is not easy or efficient to repeat thorough inspections and an elaborate production process. However, we never compromise as we believe in bringing healthy, long-lasting bread to the world.

The origin of the company name
COMO was named after Lake Como, the hometown of Panettone yeast. CO in COMO also stands for COMMUNICATION and MO stand for MORE.
