CEO’s Message

Ever since our founding, we have continued creating bread that is both delicious and has a long shelf life by making the most of natural Panettone yeast.
Our company’s motto is “COMO sells what COMO makes”. In order to maintain quality, each and every one of our employees expends a great deal of time and effort as a member of COMO. It is not easy or efficient to repeat thorough inspections and an elaborate production process. However, we never compromise as we believe in bringing healthy, long-lasting bread to the world.

To contribute to our community and society based on our company’s name, “Communication through bread,” we often offer our products to the community, including after natural disasters. We believe these activities raise awareness of our bread’s deliciousness and long shelf life, and the recognition of us as a specialized manufacturer of long-life bread.

The origin of the company name

COMO was named after Lake Como, the hometown of Panettone yeast. CO in COMO also stands for COMMUNICATION and MO stand for MORE. COMO’s policy is to provide more communication to more people through deliciousness. Our great care with ingredients, taste, quality and technology are all for communication between people.
